oh bummer! Even though BP would like to fund the $20 billion over four years the financial circumstances and the economic conditions of the worlds economies are now making it impossible for BP to raise the funds to do so at this present time. You will be able to count on us in the future though as soon as the financial conditions and the world economies improve. So sorry for any and all inconviences this may cause you. Don't worry! Be happy! the stupid hopeless comrade chartseer in the new era of those very inept chicago politicians in the white house
