The compelling economic equation for cheap migrant labor is so overwhelming that all the clamoring by those folks who think they will "chip away" at it is truly comical. Ten years from now we will have another 5 million illegals no matter how "tough" anyone gets, and millions more anchor babies growing up as citizens speaking English. Everything else really is just farting in a hurricane, but there is so much emotion invested that those folks won't admit it.
