Let me connect the dots for you:

You say make corporate lobbying illegal. I agree, but look at what just happened. The hard core right wing supreme court just overturned over 100 years of settled law and gave corporations the status of individuals and much much more power to make campaign contributions. They gave the corporations the right to make unlimitied campaign contriutions. Means BP can give a billion dollars.

And who supports the right wing supreme court? The Tea party folks! So a solution alludes me there.

let's face it, lobbying is nothing less than legalized bribery...organized of course...

we could make this shit end full stop by electing people willing to end the lobbyist rule in washington...

i know as a self avowed liberal, it probably sticks in your craw to accept this, but our best hope is with grassroots campaigns like 'tea party' candidates like rand paul, who are willing to run against the conventional parties aka pigs at the trough...<<
