No, I've been reading you longer than that, and I have never accused you of liking any politician. But there are only 2 parties of significance at the national level, or in a majority or plurality in any state.

I said some sort of - i.e., where other parties have some meaningful voice. The main European failures are U.S. style bubbles (UK, Iceland) and inefficient tax collection (Greece). Neither is inherent in that system.

Government owned banks- how socialistic <g> - or bank owned government - worse. I don't think 50 state systems is the way to go. Got Balkanization? Good luck cashing your California/Michigan check in ND. Who you gonna sell your wheat crop to?
