Shareholder??? Oh Norm. Norm, Norm, Norm. Now why, just why, pray tell, should I invest my hard-earned shekels in a company that only has a viable market every one thousand years??

As a well recognized investment guru and all-around nabob, I shall take a moment from the act of parking my 65-footer in Monte Carlo harbor and reiterate my Y2K strategy:

1. Hold through Q3 1999
2. Sell through Q1 2000
3. Short through Q2 2996
4. Buy in Q3 2996
5. Hold through Q3 2999

Repeat this strategy each millenium as applicable.

May I add that I am deeply disturbed over Y2K companies' generally abysmal lack of emphasis upon the Y3K problem. I see this as a magnificent sellthrough opportunity. What self-respecting IT honcho is not going to want to kill two birds with one stone?

Additionally I am advocating biotech Interneuron Pharmaceuticals (IPIC) which is working on anti-stroke treatments (particularly Citocholine), a pure play on Q1 2000.

YK or Y2K, that is the question.
