I'm not rooting for Uruguay, but I thought it was a brilliant move by Suarez. He gave his team a chance to win. He accepts the red card, Ghana had a PK and should have made it! They make the PK, game over!

In my opinion, it was a reflex move, but even if it was deliberate, I look at it as taking one for the team.

If Ghana didn't have an opportunity to correct the play, I would feel differently. But, Ghana was given a chance to win. They blew it!

All sorts of cheating goes on. That's why they have yellow and red cards. Uruguay, as I understand, had 3 games without a yellow card. Hardly sounds like a team that cheats. This isolated case was a stroke of genius in my opinion.
