Richard et al---I just talked to TC tech support again and I stand corrected. They told me that their datacon program is NOT compatible with MSWIN versions 6.0 or higher ( only 5.x etc) and that I for one therefore have to use the downloader in MSWIN.---- I also found out that -- IF one's TC2000 directory includes both a 'data' file as well as a 'propak' file (as mine does since a few years back I ordered a Propak batch of 500 stocks on a diskette)-- the Source File to use in the MS Downloader program is C:\TC2000\propak" NOT C:\TC2000\data as the DL manual says.TC explained to me that all the stocks in my TC 'data' file would have been automatically included in the TC propak file. Sure enough, when I checked my C drive, I discovered that all 1200 of my stocks are now in "propak". ---MSWIN also confirmed that V6.5 handles 2000stocks in ONE directory.
