There are two issues in the gulf. Obviously the producer has most of the blame and then a portion goes to the lack of inspections. But, Obama has a responsibility to protect our shores and he chose not to do so when he declined foreign assistance. It made absolutely no sense then and less now. He was not thinking...we need a thinker in the White House instead of a talker. There is a big difference... The damage could have been reduced. Obama is responsible for the difference between what could have been captured and what has not...and that is many, many barrels of oil on our shoreline.
