Did that speech sounded nervous ? Did that speech sounded insecure ? Did that speech have substance ? Did that speech easy to understand even for a layman ? This specch was made in a room at the Bloomber conf room , 499 PArk Ave across the street from CS First Boston, Deitche Morgan, Bear Sterns, Banqude des Indosuez, Credit Lyonnaise, Korean and Japanese Consulate with Morgan, Salomon, Exxon, Arco etc. Some 300 people attending.
