VEU already back at 6/22 levels, 40.47. SPX will pop up to 1090 in no time whatsoever (SPX 6/22 closed at 1095). Watch the entire global equities market EXPLODE when VEU breaks above 45 probably sometime mid August. VEU has been sideways for nearly a year, trading in balance, breakdown did not follow through, now watch the EPIC breakout to the upside unfold. VEU 43 by opex.
