WFS: I'll take a crack at your question, although I do not know anything
for sure. With all ERHC has going for it, it could be any one or
several things that are pushing this north.

1. Possible "imminent financing" has been negotiated.
2. Production results from Utah or Texas.
3. Progress on the ST&P project.
4. A new JV or venture. I wouldn't rate this very likely, but given
their negotiating team's skill, you can't rule it out either IMO.

Stay tuned, it's bound to get more interesting.
