But, that isn't a stimulus, at least according to Republicans Perpetual motion economic theory - good one - another nobel prize! It's akin to an engine choke - it may help to get things started but it doesn't keep it running. Worse - most studies are proving the stimulus didn't even get things started and may have made things worse or only slowed the decline.
