Already done. That is just basic economics now. Something way too many don't seem to be acquainted with. Doesn't stop them from pitching their two cents in, though.

Well, duh. Turning off the choke before the engine is started doesn't help the situation, though.

"Worse - most studies are proving the stimulus didn't even get things started and may have made things worse or only slowed the decline."

Got a link to any of those studies that aren't from a wingnut think tank? Say, something peer reviewed?
