actually john I am involved with that company (what a coincidence), and that situation had nothing to do with shorting. it is much too complicated to get into here, but it revolved around a poorly structured debenture issue. you are wrong if you thing it was a short play. take it easy though john, I am not attacking you. you seem to be quite defensive here. I guess the jotters here have not treated you fairly?? oh well, just relax, I for one was not attacking you.
