The Hiller Group. Advanced Gravis was/is also a market leader in their SIC code. K. Michael Cooper left Keytronics (NASDAQ:KTCC) as a senior V.P. and key member of The Hiller Group. Stanley Hiller is currently Chairman of KTCC, I believe. K. Michael Cooper joined Gravis in September 1994 turning down the COO position at Egghead (NASDAQ:EGGS). Cooper destroyed Gravis and forced Gravis into its current hostile tender offer status with (NYSE:AMB). Gravis is on the Silicon Investor at techstocks.com Do your due diligence on the Hiller Group and ask many questions. Cooper took a $240,000 salary and a $60,000 bonus for fiscal 1996 and OWNS NO STOCK IN GRAVIS and now claims the AMB deal is great. The Gravis shareholders are alleging director (Cooper included) criminal gross negligence. Check out (NYSE:AMB) news for current status of the American Brands hostile bid for Gravis. Gravis also was a market leader until Cooper and his Hiller talkents irreversibly destroyed shareholder value.
