Thanks for the gracious explanation. I know I view things much more elementarily, concentrating on Fibs, trendlines and prior highs and lows. According to these metrics, there are headwinds to getting to 1200, or even 1150. And then there are the fundamentals and atmospherics. What you say makes good sense. And as we all know, the market tends to do what causes the most pain to the masses. Climbing to 1200 would cause a lot of pain to many. So these theories are consistent. I look forward to learning from you. I find your posts much more elucidating than the steamers on a certain other board, which is what led me here. Best of luck to you.
