Hello Rick,

Thank you for your feedback on your thoughts regarding the new headquarters location of FAMH.

I have found from past experiences that sometimes perception is reality!

I, currently live in a community where the tallest building is four stories high .

So, when I think of New York City, I imagine tall skyscrapers-reaching to the sky, I perceive Wall Street lined with an exciting and endless stream of powerful, majestic, active buildings , surrounded by a never ending business energy. And in the middle of that energy I perceive "The Trump Tower" housing the headquarters of FAMH.

From an investor's point of view this motivates me! From a FAMH shareholder's perspective, this excites me!

I, also can very well understand how the people that work every day in the challenging , high energy, high paced --Wall Street environment, can certainly have a different perception of the surroundings--then someone like myself, living thousands of miles away, where the tallest building is four stories!

Rick, I believe that you have highlighted and contributed an excellant opportunity in your Nov. 6th. posting!

You indicated that you would be interested in using FAMH to fill 7 positions that you currently have open for senior NT systems folks!

You also indicated that you had never heard from nor been approached by FAMH!

This sounds like an opportunity that Famh should be made aware of!

I'm not trying to pass the "buck" but I have noticed that in previous postings , that Cheryl has shared with this thread some very informative feedback ( at least in my opinion) following discussions with FAMH Management!

I will go out on the limb and invite Cheryl to consider sharing the information that Rick shared on this thread regarding placement opportunities available that could contribute to FAMH's bottom line!

I would suggest that before this happens, that we get Rick's approval to do this!

Rick if you feel comfortable with this plan of action, please post your approval to the idea on this thread, and then if Cheryl feels that she would like to proceed --it might start opening more windows of opportunity for FAMH, and hopefully reward us current and future shareholders!

Thanks for listening/reading!

Best Regards,

Wayne J.

P.S. Yes! I also agree that Cheryl would be a great candidate to be one of our fearless and dedicated leaders on a new thread format/heading for FAMH!
