There is no need to pay attention to crap, although the
politicians play it differently.

There was some very heavy real stuff on some of these
politicians in both parties in 2008 as elections heated up,
with a lot of that on the Republican side, if I remember
correctly. Teen sex and stuff, some other crap.
I already forgot all of it, but it certainly played a role in
the public opinion swing. The Kenya thing ain't real.

I guess once you play politics for so long
you just can't help getting dirty. On the other hand,
some of them are just crooks. Too many, I am afraid.
That said, I think both Presidential candidates were
very decent, regardless of the crap their parties dug
on each other. -g-
