Anax-

Hi - Thanks for your posts. No I don't work for GUMM nor for Gun Allen....I follow this company closely and do speak to whomever I can to glean imformation. I also participate in any telephone conferences....etc

<Concerning the Nabisco deal, I was not impressed when reading the announcement carefully- as I recall, from the publicly disclosed document>

I agree that the info in GUMM's announcement was insufficient and am led to believe that Nabisco felt this information was sensitive to their business interest and thus little was disclosed. My complaint to Kern, via Email, resulted in his questioning my parentage and locking me out of his mail box...I never said his social graces were highly developed....

<But you apparently are privy to further information to which I am not.>

I don't have special access. I would guess you did not have opportunity to listen to any of Kern's telephone conferences. These were open to brokers/analysts and clients...Much of my info comes from this...

<Do you really believe that they will be earning $3 a stub next year? I mean, really? I'll mortgage the house, since that will give a forward PER of about 3. Somehow, I'm sceptical. :-) >

I'm not sure I believe that BROC will earn $1 (and I really admire our BROC host...but I found it interesting that the figure didn't seem to bother Kern, the CEO, that much....In fact I believe he followed up with words to the effect we will always underpromise....I will tell you this I own a lot of stock and am always looking for opportunities to increase my position.

<Sorry, you are factually wrong and your claim about naked interest is pure conjecture and unverifiable (please correct me if I'm wrong and source it). As of October, the latest information available, short interest stood at 898,453 sh. Opinion is one thing, but be careful when propagating misinformation that is easily checked out.>

You don't mention your source...but, this is one we can quibble on...The last Wall Street Journal w/ OTC shorts listed around 950K shorts and I understand the stock remains under attack...suffice it to say I will not argue a hundred thousand...either way.

So what if I am right, and sales do begin to explode. What if the company does get anywhere near $1.50/share?...W/ only 2M float, what do you think will happen to this stock price and some unwitting short sellers?

Anax, last time I checked, and BROC ought to be a good example, sometimes we afford some value to potential. I happen to believe that, when one looks at their potential, they may even be more underpriced than BROC...I glean from your posting that you are a pretty clever guy...just seems to me we need to know a company awfully well before we buy, sell or give advice to others.

Do not discount the importance of the only FDA approved facility that doest what they do...If that were not important, why would the #2 gum producer in the world even bother with Gum tech.

Do you know what GUMM is doing with the 3+ million they raised from the warrant call....increasing coating and packaging capacity by a multiple of .....That is some betting on the come!

GO BROC!

Mike
