(OTC BB:IKAR) Friday reported that Frank Cameron, vice president and chief engineer, has arrived back from the Rushan Mining project in Tajikistan. Cameron noted that all on-site independent study procedures being conducted by Kilborn SNC-Lavalin are nearing completion. This indicates that the independent study being conducted by Kilborn Engineering is on schedule and no delays are expected at this point. Muller further reported that the company is negotiating a secondary financing through a European financial institution. This financing will total $2.8 million USD.
