But the AZ law says clearly they only ask status if the person is detained for some other crime first. This would help to establish what we do with them - pay for their jail cell or deport them and save some money.

Employers can also be sued by legal aliens making the claim of racial profiling if they fail to get the job even if based on a lack of qualifications.

Employers do not have an obligation to enforce immigration - the feds do - you just show your big business hatred and socialist ideals placing all blame on them.
