We got a LaZBoy at a yard sale for about $25. It worked, but the leg rest ratchet was worn out. I found out from the LaZBoy store here locally, that the company would replace parts for free. They sent a new ratchet mechanism, a new main spring, and a new swivel base to the store, and I repaired the chair myself!

Also at a yard sale I got a Craftsman radial arm for about $100. It was missing the blade guard, which I hoped would be available on the internet. Checking it out, I learned that the model had a recall, and they sent me an entirely new table and all new hardware for nothing.

I love it when American companies back up their products.
