China will do what Germany did: moved to where the workers are cheaper. Germany workers in the Ruhr Valley and Berlin got too powerfull. Germany moved their modern industry to Bavaria and Baden-Wurttenberg. Those (then) rural areas welcome them since they had no jobs nor industry. Thus southern Germany boomed with electro-electronics industry and the Ruhr valley became the smokestack past. China will move those factories near where the cheaper worklers are. Watch it.
