USA could come under pressure here, because the efficiency of socialist health care systems can be easily documented because of central IT systems.

This is an odd remark. It almost sounds like you've been listening to that T-total nitwit Obama.

Do you think American hospitals are without IT? That we don't have IT in doctor's offices?

American health care has IT where there are efficiency gains to be had. The mistake we are currently making is trying to deploy IT where it reduces, not improves efficiency. This is a result of the Obama idiocy of paying docs $20 Billion to implement EMR systems in clinics that are more efficient without it.
