he would make a killing. I remember in the 60s and early 70s outside a lot of Gov offices there were mom and pops soul food places, small scale, counter, couple of grills,paper plates and cups, benches outside. Great food, they made a killing. all of them are gone now. I guess the ones running those were depression people and before welfare. I guess their kids didn't want to do that. I would work in the summers in different gov offices/jobs and ate lunch everyday at one of those places. Fried Chicken, collars greens, Ocra. hmmm.. hmmm. they even made the liver and onions taste good.
