Zeev;Off Topic I just noticed that Petsmart (PETM) just did a private placement of $175 M converts, convertible at $8.75, "subject to adjustment under certain conditions." Although these don't appear floorless, I was wondering what your thoughts might be on the affect of these notes on the price of PETM stock. FWIW neither long nor short CTYS or PETM.
