I disagree regarding Saddam Hussein creating trouble for profit. Desert Storm wasn't free, it cost his country tons of money. Also, remember that Iraq does not have the democracy of the U.S. I am no expert on how much corruption exists in the country, but I am sure Hussein could find much better ways of using his power to make a few bucks than to pick a fight with the greatest nations on earth and almost get himself killed (or overthrown). On top of that, we are talking about war, a very traumatic experience. It just doesn't make sense to me why one would risk so much for a small chance to make a buck.
