one cannot say I will succeed or fail by virtue of skin color. Success has no color.

It's true that it is unlikely that one could look at any one person and judge the potential for success based on skin color alone.

However, when appraising groups, the potential for predicting success or failure is much easier.

Race and ethnicity are very strongly correlated to intelligence. It has been proven that intelligence controls behavior, and behavior plays a very important role in outcomes. Those facts inescapable.

Consider this: Let's assume there are three rooms. The first room has 100 Whites. The second room has 100 Blacks. The third room has 100 Mestizos/Hispanics. Assume we know absolutely nothing else about the occupants of the rooms beyond their races/ethnicities. If we were to hold a contest to select which room contains the largest percentage of successful people, I would pick the first room, but you would likely say that each room has an equal number of successful people. Consequently, it is highly probable that I would win the contest. Why? Because every official metric in existence clearly shows that intellectual equality is a fallacy.
