MARKET TALK: Reopened 30-Years Yield 4.080%, 2.89 Bid To Cover 14-Jul-2010 1703 GMT [Dow Jones] Govt sold its $13B in previously sold 30-yr Tsys at a 4.080% yield vs. the 4.088% yield on the when-issued bonds before the sale.
