Obama plans to cut up to 40 percent of nukes I don't get the logic here. Suppose you have a gun and a lot of ammo in your house, and everybody knows you'll defend yourself. You put out the press release that you're getting rid of most of your ammo and putting your gun in a lock box because you hate the thought of shooting somebody. You also give out signals that you'll hold your fire while you analyze the situation. Goblins see that newspaper and decide you are losing your nerve despite the fact that you still have a gun. What makes you think the goblins will not take advantage of that?
