I have no idea how in Hell you could think that, given the SIZE of the massive structural deficits left to him.

Remember the tax increase he pushed through in his SECOND YEAR in office? The one that ZERO republicans voted for? The one that they all said (universally!) would cause doom and destruction and an actual INCREASE IN THE FEDERAL DEFICITS if it were to be enacted????????????????
