Bristol Palin & Levi Johnston Engaged By Jim Hoft Together again. Bristol and Levi are engaged. He must have run out of Palin stories for the tabloids. Us Magazine reported: >>>Bristol Palin and Levi Johnston reveal exclusively in the new Us Weekly that they are getting married.
