Yeah, like those people are spending now? Let's stimulate the economy with a 90% tax on earned income over 10M, and 95% on unearned, and spend that on infrastructure. Do it on corps, too. If CSCO ain't gonna invest their 30B slush fund in saving us, I'm sure Uncle Sam can figure out things to do with most of it...electric cross-country rail, fer instance.
