I'm gradually refining it. The 95% unearned income was a new thought, since I want to reward sweat, even if it is on a basketball court, more than sloth. The part I left out was the 99% take on personal earnings over 1B. Corporate Scrooge McDucks like CSCO have a Spend It or Lose It Tax on some level of cash, until they totally Green Up. No reason why CSCO can't be like Google.... Since 2007 the site has featured a series of solar panels, covering the rooftops of eight buildings and two solar carports capable of producing 1.6 megawatts of electricity. At the time of installation Google believed it to be the largest in the United States among corporations.
