I'm gradually refining it. The 95% unearned income was a new thought, since I want to reward sweat, even if it is on a basketball court, more than sloth. The part I left out was the 99% take on personal earnings over 1B. Corporate Scrooge McDucks like CSCO have a Spend It or Lose It Tax on some level of cash, until they totally Green Up. No reason why CSCO can't be like Google....
