It is possible that Fujitsu may have problems if they are dumping. The U.S. International Trade Commission just nailed them for dumping supercomputers. Cold comfort, the U.S. will take a long time to do an investigation, IF they investigate. However, I'm surprised that Fujitsu is doing this, most Japanese companies take the long view. Long-term, Fujitsu may have to pay substantial penalties.
