You realize foreign aid is virtually NOTHING? A rounding error?

Look at Haiti, one of the poorest countries on Earth, largely due to France and ourselves, devestated by an earthquake. We promised to help, yet haven't sent ONE DIME from our government.

If you want to REALLY cut spending, the place to start is the military.
