Tide: Morgan's Compliance Analyst - leaked the downgrade for Einstein Bagel last week. They arrested her yesterday at Morgan Stanley's offices. She had previously worked at Smith Barney. See today's Wall Street Journal page B23. Also here: biz.yahoo.com Think she plans to offer up any bigger fish? Hmmm.
