Management knew that by issuing the "accounting error"
garbage they would be getting sued by the shareholders.

They did it, however, to cut their legal losses. Crimminal,
that is. If the SEC gets a hold of this, it will now
be easier to wedge their way out of crimminal stuff since they
were upfront, they believe.

That is their hope, of course.

The civil stuff from the vulture lawyers was a foregone
conclusion.

However, the civil proceedings could demonstrate
probable cause relative to intent. If this happens, the
FEDs may be forced to step in, if it has not already occured
sooner.

I would not be surprised if some of us injured shareholders
(and mutual FUND MANAGERS who were hung out to dry)
don't petition the FEDs to look into this matter independent of
the suit..

The 10Q filing which the Company has advised
will describe this ordeal in detail, may also be the
catalyst.

That's the biggest danger legally going forward for
both the Company, its deceptive managers .. and us, the
poor shareholders.
