Jeff, ACTV needs a cable carrier, before they could distribute their signal. Rumor has it that they are close to announcing one, maybe TCI. They are supposed to be on schedule for Dec.1. Reading between the lines, they should announce a cable carrier shortly, which will be a significant piece of news. The more carriers they get the better.
