Don't ever tell me the government can invest my money better than I can and don't ever tell me the government is going to require me to take an annuity with my money. You say something really lucid and then you come back with this. I do plenty of research. I've been watching that FinREg bill closely. It's a sellout. The Dems once again allowed the GOP to gut it. There was nothing of substance in the bill to gut. It NEVER was going to reinstate Glass-Stegall and NEVER was going to put derivatives on an open exchange. Any GOP gutting probably did us a favor by not allowing Dood et.al. to do any more harm to the system.
