Bob,

Great post, let me state the irony in myself, I am now a second round ISGI shareholder as of friday with 50K shares at 21/32 purely on technical reasons and commission free trading. We all are completely aware of all the wonderful news ISGI has released for public awareness. Whether these news are justifiable depends on individual interpretations.

I will be the first person to apologize to everyone on this thread if ISGI can sustain a price of $3/share by Jan 1,1997 inwhich I do not see feasible fundamentally. Working capital is needed for expandsion and currently ISGI has no working capital nor enough asset to secure a line of credit. I believe future dilution will be required inorder to satify working capital, believe me!

PW is in for the spread game and with PW on the box it further conludes that there will be another spike forth coming and I believe it will not be for fundamental reasons. Its not hard for MMs to dump penny stocks because the smaller niave investor can afford to buy big blocks with illusions of great returns, Warren Buffet did not make his billions on penny stock in short-term trading. He made it by picking fundamentally sound companies and held on to them long-term. But I am no Warren Buffet, he is one of a kind.

Like I said, I expect ISGI to spike up and would advise everyone to sell into the volume. I fill sympathy because there will be a bunch of new investors who got stuck at the high that will recylce this thread and keep it alive. Were only humans fueled with greed and impatience thats why the stock market makes a fool of everyone even the PHDs of the world.

Compatorator's thread is active to this day with alot of wishful thinking. This by all means is not an insinuation-- "ISGI is another IDID".

I look forward to the continuation of the ISGI trilogy each day. It has been on of the most appeasing stock I have ever traded.

good luck to everyone and I bid you peace.
