Hey....you made me remember...My Mom gave me her first teddy bear....she was 2 years old when she got it, so about 1920....He is a very cute little bear....He is mohair, worn in places, has red microchrome on his owie on his arm, and a sewnup place where he had surgery because some of his stuffing was coming out....I loved him then, and he is the granddaddy overseer for my Teddy Bear Chair upstairs....Come on over and see it...<ggg> The grandkids used to turn over a chair, and use those stuffed animals for cannon fodder across the room....They thought I'd never know about it... LOL! Grandmothers have eyes in the back of their heads just like Moms do....<gg>
