That's not true. The FinReg bill doesn't change the structure of the financial industry, as we hoped it would. What it does do is put a bunch of regulators over the sketchy, potentially deadly trades and bubbles.

Will it work? Time will tell. But, it's much more than NOTHING.
I'd like to think that with Liz Warren being one of the top regulators, it has a good chance.
