johnlw, G has been busy dealing some non-core properties and getting non-controlling interest in a several companies. The EVG transaction was a one of the smaller deals, but is a bit larger than the $10MM Quaterra deal done back in February. I don't think that there have been any other deals with companies this small.
With EVG it increases their exploration exposure to Nevada with some decent properties.
The QTA deal focuses on Mexico, building on the new Penasquito min and the recent Canplats acquisition.
