Henry,sorry about the long delay in responding to your question --as I was typing my response lighting struck 30 ft from my house and killed my modem. Based on SRGN's 10Q it looks like they might might file an NDA in latter part of 1998. Also, it would take about 50 million to buy SRGN assuming 1$ per share plus 30 million for preferred stock. I'm not up to date on the thread and this info may be no longer be of interest.
