It is a useful tool to reduce the tendency for wealth to concentrate in fewer and fewer hands.

As usual you have no idea what you're talking about.

There is no evidence the estate tax does anything about this, whatsoever. Prior to the estate tax there were wealthy families. And there have been wealthy families since its inception (You might want to have a look at the Kennedys as one example).

One more subject you know less than nothing about.
