didn't he actually say "i don't BELIEVE the teaparty is racist"?

if so, it leaves room for doubt. i wish he would have just said that the movement is not racist. period.

the movement has documented proof that it fights racism. proof that was there long before biden made his statement. niger innis provided that proof earlier.
