So what? Obama got the Nobel peace prize for doing nothing also. If Bernanke was doing such a good job he wouldn't be so dead set against transparency at the Fed. Instead he is the number one proponet of operating in secrecy so his actions won't be exposed for the incompetence or worse criminal characteristics. He's supposed to be such a student of the Great Depression and yet he continues down the path of Herbert Hoover.
