From the article:"...Nokia Siemens (NOK, SI) this morning announced a deal to acquire the majority of Motorola’s (MOT) wireless network infrastructure business for $1.2 billion in cash. The deal is expected to close by the end of 2010.

Nokia Siemens said the deal will “enhance profitability and cash flow.”...".
