At the scheduled 341 meeting yesterday (creditor's meeting) the debtor (Tom Clines as Sexi's president and their Miami attorney) failed to appear. This is the second time Clines was a no show. Now it gets a bit more binding. The Chapter 7 Trustee will submit a Motion to Compell to the Judge in the Federal Bankruptcy Court. This will result,assuming the Judge so directs) in a summons which if not responded to could result in a contempt of court citation and jail.
